Location was great for wandering around the old town. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and there was lots of hot water in the good size shower. Also, the staff were so kind and helpful.

Everyone was very helpfull. They provided information about how to reach places i wanted to see. They even gave me a lift if i need it. I would definitely come back.

The breakfast was a lot and very filling. Eggs, fresh fruit and a croissant with fresh juice, yea or coffee. The staff also made exceptions for me and made me breakfast before the start time so I could eat before my day tours. Very kind.

Good breakfast and a nice spacious room in the centre of Quito. The staff is friendly. Safe area to walk around during the day.

The location of the hotel is perfect. You are in the middle of the city. Breakfast was good enough. You got bread, your choice of egg, coffee, juice etc. Staff were always there to help you, and they are so welcoming. If I go back to Quito, I ll prefer this hotel with no doubt.

The guy named Klever (owner ?) was one in a million. Always there when needed. Attentive and responsive. And extremely good driver :). Helped us a lot. Room- just enough. Comfortable with a terrace offering a nice view.

It was centrally located, close to metro, lots of eateries. The staff were great.
